Rules

1. The Big Game Picks & Props Promotion, is open to all Player’s Club members. Player’s Club membership is free. To obtain a Player’s Club card, guests must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid photo identification.
2. No entry fee is necessary to take part in this promotion.
3. To be eligible to play The Big Game Picks & Props a Player’s Club member must earn 150 points through the duration of a gaming day. After selecting the promotional game Icon for the The Big Game Picks & Props from the promotions section of the member account dashboard, Players will have access to the game screen. A qualifying member can play once per day.
4. The promotion will consist of one contest. Guests can participate in the contest at the promotional kiosks located at the property. Guests can earn one entry per day to make predictions 1pm Tuesday February 3rd through 5:30pm EST Sunday February 8th 2026.
5. Qualified Player’s Club members will predict the winners of the game and of various head to head contests. Qualified Player’s Club members may also elect to use the Quick Pick feature to create a randomly generated entry.
6. Participants score one point for every correct prediction. The guest with the most points scored (correct predictions) will win the weekly contest. Qualifying Player’s Club members can earn one entry each day from Tuesday through Sunday morning, and their highest-scoring ticket for the week will constitute their official entry for the week.
7. To address ties in the number of tie game predictions, participants predict the total yardage of offense in The BIG Game. The person with the smallest difference in yardage predictions will be the winner.
8. Player’s Club members should have a valid mailing address, email address and cell phone number, if available, up to date in their players club account.
9. Prizes will be awarded based on the number of correct picks made by guests (reference Prizes table).
10. Winners will be announced Tuesday February 10th 2026. Player’s Club members will have 7 days during the promotional period to collect their prize by visiting the promotional kiosks, or Players Club.
11. Free play is non-transferrable. Prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of issue by 11:59 PM. The player tracking system will auto expire prizes, making them ineligible to be scanned for redemption at a later date.
12. Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible. By choosing to participate, players club members agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.
13. Winners agree that Lake Side Entertainment, its affiliates and related companies, directors, advertising agencies, and their employees have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize awarded herein.
14. Lake Side Entertainment is not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Promotion; (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Offer; and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.
15. Lake Side Entertainment may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes, or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Offer as determined by Lake Side Entertainment , acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from the Casino property and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Lake Side Entertainment.
16. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the promotional period and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Lake Side Entertainment, whose decisions are final.
17. Where a situation arises that is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Lake Side Entertainment shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the promotion's best interests and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.
18. Lake Side Entertainment reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
19. Employees are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
