Rules

The Football Pick ‘Em Kiosk Game Promotion, aka Pick The Winners, is open to all Player’s Club members. Player’s Club membership is free. To obtain a Player’s Club card, guests must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid photo identification.
2.
No entry fee is necessary to take part in this promotion.
3.
To be eligible to play Football Pick’Em a Player’s Club member must earn 100 points through the duration of a gaming day. After selecting the promotional game Icon for the Football Pick’Em from the promotions section of the member account dashboard, Players will have access to the game screen. A qualifying member can play up to 6 times per week.

The promotion will consist of eighteen weekly contests and one season-long contest. Guests can participate in the weekly contests at the promotional kiosks every week during the National Football League’s 2025-26 regular season, which will take place from September 4, 2025 to January 4, 2026. The season-long contest will cover all 18 weeks of the regular season and will conclude on January 4, 2026.

Player’s Club members who are eligible can use the promotional kiosks to make their selections from 1PM on Tuesdays to 1PM on Sundays during the promotional period.

Qualifying Player’s Club members can start making their first selection at the promotional kiosks starting at 1PM on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025.
7.
Qualified Player’s Club members will predict the winners of all Sunday & Monday NFL games. Qualified Player’s Club members may also elect to use the Quick Pick feature to create a randomly generated entry.
8.
Participants score one point for every correct prediction. The guest with the most points scored (correct predictions) will win the weekly contest. Qualifying Player’s Club members can earn one entry each day from Tuesday through Sunday morning, and their highest-scoring ticket for the week will constitute their official entry for the week.
9.
To address ties in the number of tie game predictions, participants predict the total yardage of offense in the specified Monday Night Football game. The person with the smallest difference in yardage predictions will be the winner. For week 18 of the regular season only, participants must predict the total yardage of offense in a Sunday Football game yet to be specified.
10.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and International games will not be included in the contest.
11.
Player’s Club members should have a valid mailing address, email address and cell phone number, if available, up to date in their players club account.
12.
Weekly prizes will be awarded as follows based on the number of correct picks made by guests:

Following the completion of the NFL regular season, season-long prizes will be awarded as follows based on the number of correct picks made by guests over the duration of the 18-week promotion:

Season-long winners will be determined on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026. Winners are required to activate their prize by visiting the Players Club or Guest Services before the specified deadline on January 30th 2026.
15.
Free play is non-transferrable.
16.
Prizes must be redeemed on the date of issue by 11:59 PM. The player tracking system will auto expire prizes, making them ineligible to be scanned for redemption at a later date.
17.
Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible.
18.
By choosing to participate, players club members agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.
19.
Winners agree that Lake Side Entertainment, its affiliates and related companies, directors, advertising agencies, and their employees have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize awarded herein.
20.
Lake Side Entertainment is not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Promotion; (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Offer; and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.
21.
Lake Side Entertainment may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes, or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Offer as determined by Lake Side Entertainment , acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from the Casino property and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Lake Side Entertainment.
22.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of the promotional period and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Lake Side Entertainment, whose decisions are final.
23.
Where a situation arises that is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Lake Side Entertainment shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the promotion's best interests and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.
24.
Lake Side Entertainment reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
25.
Employees are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
